It’s back!  The RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch is on!

Dig out your binoculars, get the kettle on and enjoy spending time watching the birds in your garden.  It’s the 44th Big Garden bird Watch which sees people from all over the country spending an hour counting and recording the birds who visit their garden.  Join in this weekend and do some bird counting!

Last year over 1 million people took part.  Lets support the count and keep watch on the bird populations around our country, it’s a great way to enjoy birdwatching and is vital to monitor our bird species and populations.  If you don’t have a garden it’s no problem – simply visit your local park or reserve and join in the fun!

To encourage more people to get involved in the Big Birdwatch, and to attract more birds into our gardens, we are offering £15 off all online orders over £100 (please quote voucher code BW2315), and £5 off all orders over £35 (please quote voucher code BW235)!  Purchase our nutritious feeds and great quality feeders online and simply enter the code at checkout to receive your discount.  Offer ends 22nd January.

To help you with the count we are also giving away a FREE bird guide with all orders from today until the start of the Big Birdwatch on 27th January, no need to add these to your purchase – these will automatically be added to your order.  These colourful picture guides are great to have to hand over the birdwatch weekend to help recognise different bird species at a glance.  Our guides are also FREE with all purchases from our shop at Rectory Farm.

No garden too big, no garden to small!  Whether you have acres of garden or a window box, we have a range of feeders to encourage the birds closer to you, ready for the bird count!  Visit our website to see our full range of bird feeders and feeding accessories to make your garden a haven for birds
