Birdfair 2022

New location, new name, new month, but SAME great Birdfair atmosphere!  We had a fantastic time last weekend at Global Birdfair seeing all our customers and friends., it was so lovely to be back chatting face to face again at last!

The sun shone all three days, but the fantastic new site at Rutland Showground provided us with a great breeze keeping us cool in the marquees.  We had great interest in the stand , epically eye catching was the vintage tractor we took to display our seeds on (yes it did drive in and out of the marquee!).  With special offers and show deals Fay, Vicki, Sadie, Haylea and Lauren were busy selling our nutritious birdseed to all the enthusiastic Birders at the event.

As always there was a great range of exhibitors showcasing all things birding, a scattering of celebrities from the world of birds and conservation and a great selection of lectures to attend all weekend (including one from Fay about farming and conservation at Rectory Farm).  The fair had a great buzz, and it was so heartening to be surrounded by so much love for birds and conservation.

Congratulations to Tim and Penny for running such a successful event and we look forward to seeing everyone again at Global Birdfair 2023!
