To show how we value our fantastic customers, we are offering a loyalty scheme to say thank you!  You will receive reward points every time you shop, saving you money and keeping the birds well fed.

How our Loyalty Scheme works

You can earn loyalty points on each order you place with us, just ensure you have created an account with us, and that you are logged in each time you place an order.  You can then enjoy spending your earned reward points on future orders.

How to earn Loyalty Points

• Two loyalty points are awarded for every one pound spent (for example, a purchase of £10 earns you 20 loyalty points).
• The number of loyalty points earned for your order will be shown on the basket page, prior to completing any purchase.
• Loyalty points are not awarded on delivery charges or purchases of Eyebrook Gift Vouchers
• You can only earn and spend points when you are logged in to a registered account with us.

How to spend Loyalty Points

• Reward points can only be redeemed on any future purchases.
• You can start to redeem your points when you have earned 100 points.
• 1 point is worth 1p (for example to get a £5 discount, you’d need to spend 500 points)
• Remember to be logged into your account in order to redeem points
