Delivery Information

At Eyebrook we aim to deliver your birdseed as quickly as possible, with a prompt, reliable service to get your bird seeds from our farm to your garden for the birds to enjoy

Free Delivery on Orders Over 10kg

Postage for our nutritious birdseed is FREE on all orders weighing over 10kg to the UK mainland.  Some postcode areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are not within our courier routes and will incur a surcharge, please phone us for your rate.

For orders less than 10kg a delivery charge of £5.50 will be added.  IF your order is near not too far from 10kg, consider adding some extras in to save the delivery cost and keep the birds fed for longer.

If you have time to pop over, a considerable discount is available by collecting direct from the farm, click here for our farm gate prices.  You can visit our farm shop, take a walk and enjoy some birdwatching whilst here.

Next-Day Delivery

To get our feeds to your hungry birds as soon as we can, we offer a next day delivery service as standard.  We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon the same day, with delivery the next working day.  All orders will be received within two working days of purchase, if your order has not arrived after three working days please contact us.

If your order is out of stock we will back order this for you, we will inform you of this via email with the option to cancel if you prefer not to wait.

 

 

Dispatch

Order by 12 noon Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch, orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.  Please note bank holidays may cause slight delays

Delivery Rates

Mainland UK – Next Working Day DHL.  Orders under 10kg: £5.50, 10kg & Over: FREE

Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland 2-3 days DHL.  An extra charge will be added to deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

 

** Please note: carriage is charged at £5.50 on Natural Grower Products, unless ordered with over 10kg worth of Eyebrook products when carriage will not be charged **
