This large bird seed feeder is perfect for smaller birds as it restricts squirrels and larger birds (those over 70g) from having access to the bird food. The bird feeder opening closes automatically therefore giving smaller birds the chance to get a good meal, sometimes larger birds can scare smaller ones and prevent them from feeding properly. The Leto Bird Feeder features three independent feeding ports which are weight activated. The advantage this provides is any creature over 70g (such as squirrels, large birds and rats) triggers the mechanism closing the port to prevent access to the feed. The Perspex dome and vertical shields additionally stop creatures from reaching around to adjacent open ports.
