Returns and Refunds

At Eyebrook Bird Feeds we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our service.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if there is any problem we will be more than happy to exchange or offer a full refund.  Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to arrange a return, simply phone us or drop us an email within 14 working days.

On receipt of goods we will process your refund/replacement promptly and we will refund you by the same means that you paid.

Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item for you.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

To Return an Item simply give us a ring at the farm on 01536 770771 or email us at rectoryfarm@eyebrookwildbirdfeeds.co.uk and we will organise your return for you.
