Rutland Deluxe Mix
Developed by conservation expert Tim Appleton, this superior mix contains higher quantities of oil seeds for increased calorific value. Black sunflower is replaced with sunflower hearts, and peanut granules have been introduced to the recipe. The addition of dried mealworms increases the protein value making this a particularly important mix in the breeding season when the birds are in need of a high energy food source. The high proportion of nyjer and sunflower hearts makes this mix another favourite of the finch family. Contains: sunflower hearts, white millet, wheat, pinhead oats, peanut granules, red millet, oilseed-rape, red dari, canary seed, nyjer seed and dried mealworms.
